Bot Work

This bot is currently using the pyWikipedia robot framework: [1]

The bot has been assigned the following tasks:

1. Update a VFD list of discussions hourly, 15 and 45 minutes on the hour at User:AllyUnion/VFD List

   This bot has been supported by fvw and anthony. The bot request was made at 04:26, 2 Feb 2005 (UTC), with no objections to the bot since 08:20, 2005 Feb 2 (UTC). This feature will be approved on 04:26, 9 Feb 2005 (UTC)

Depreciated tasks:

1. Ensure that it is {{subst:vfd top}} and {{subst:vfd bottom}} for performance reasons.

   I haven't quite figured out to how to do this one exactly either... at least for all the pages. It can check new pages, but not on the old pages unfortunately. I could use a category temporary, but I don't want to screw anything up. For the time being, it will only check on the recent VFD pages. -- AllyUnion (talk) 21:09, 11 Feb 2005 (UTC)

2. Add the Template:Vfd top and Template:Vfd bottom to all old VFD subpages as a HTML comment, once moved to VFD old.
