The "leading scorer" this year for Spartak Varna. Except their website doesn't have anything on anyone named "Raptor" and a Google search for "Raptor Phuckov" gets only this incoherent entry: [1]. With the last name being what it is, it smells like a hoax to me. -- Antaeus Feldspar 00:55, 5 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- As a linguistics major, I can tell you that the name is highly unlikely; if indeed it were a Slavic name (as indicated by the suffix -ov), it would not contain the Greek digraph "ph" or the Germanic digraph "ck". Delete as a hoax. [[User:Livajo|力伟|☺]] 01:18, 5 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- Delete: apparent hoax. Spartak Varna appears to be more BS, probably it should be deleted while we wait for a real article to come along. Wile E. Heresiarch 03:43, 5 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- Delete: Hoax: Raptors F*ckoff or something along those lines. At the least it's unverifiable and pretty much proven false. Could be a speedy for vandalism. Geogre 05:53, 5 Dec 2004 (UTC)
RAPTOR IS REAL

- Delete. Even if Raptor/Rhaptor is a real person, he's not notable enough to appear in an encyclopaedia. -Ashley Pomeroy 14:31, 5 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- Delete unless it can be shown that he's real and notable. Martg76 16:10, 5 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- Comment: Maybe his name would be easier to google in Cyrillic.
- Delete Probable hoax. Wyss 19:43, 5 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- Delete. Spartak Varna are entirely real but they don't have anyone called Phuckov playing for them. I hear they're planning to sign the Chinese player Huang King though.Dr Zen 01:55, 6 Dec 2004 (UTC)

- "-ck-" is possible in Slavic languages that spell "ts" as "c". But this article still looks like a dirty hoax. Delete. Anthony Appleyard 11:48, 11 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- Delete - total waste of time. I also suggest doing a search through Wikipedia for all references to "Raptor Phuckov" and deleting them on sight - I've just reverted Michael Owen, Andriy Shevchenko, and Malcolm Glazer for this vandalism. -- Arwel 23:41, 15 Jun 2005 (UTC)
