Showtime! → Showtime (The J. Geils Band album) – decorative "!". WP:COMMONNAME; this article has no sources, but a GBooks search shows COMMONNAME in Billboard and Musician mentioning the album without the "!" as straight "Showtime" no exclamation, Musician 1987 "J. Geils Band ... when Showtime, a live set that was Wolfs pet project, stiffed commercially right after the band had hit the top with Freeze Frame.. Therefore ! isn't likely to recognizable as = (The J. Geils Band album) when the result Showtime! pops up in autocomplete searches. NB we have 11 other Showtime (album) articles. - Support per nom. Unless we have evidence that independent reliable sources consistently include the exclamation mark, we shouldn't include it, and disambiguation by the artist name also seems necessary. —BarrelProof (talk) 19:26, 8 December 2017 (UTC)
- Oppose per natural disambiguation. This form is used in both the reviews so it looks like it's pretty consistently used, at least enough to allow us to avoid a parentheses.--Cúchullain t/c 17:16, 12 December 2017 (UTC)
- Support per MOS:TM; if the independent reliable sources regularly drop the "!" stylization WP does so as well. — SMcCandlish ☏ ¢ >ʌⱷ҅ᴥⱷʌ< 16:04, 13 December 2017 (UTC)
