Footnotes
[edit]¹Ah, my guilty secret. I love trashy, obscure Cold War novels and movies.
²This is about the only Clancy book I actually liked. I've never found the thought of being locked inside a metal box underwater too appealing, so I didn't like Hunt for Red October. Speaking of not liking Tom Clancy, Mikhail Gorbachev was the worst thing ever to happen to his career. Everything he's written post-glasnost has been terrible, IMHO.

†I always cry, err, get something in my eye, when I hear this one. Stupid pansy brain.
