Should this years Mets-Braves series be included at List of Major League Baseball tie-breakers?

Font color for HOF headers in Infobox baseball biography

On the mobile web, the font colors, including the wikilinks, in the Hall of Fame headers of the {{Infobox baseball biography}} template seem to have been changed from their previous color of white, and now they're black (or blue) against the dark blue and red background, which is not enough contrast.
