- The image is a low-resolution screen shot from a 25 minuet episode;
- The image is being used for informational purposes about the interior of the TARDIS which was originally designed by Peter Brachacki for the BBC;
- No more free alternative exists or can exist;
- The use of the image in these articles will have no effect on the copyright holder's commercial use of the image in question.
