The category for this stub has successfully been changed from Category:Linguistics stubs to Category:Domain name stubs. Nevertheless there are still three articles, .jobs, .mobi, and .travel, that have the Compu-domain-stub tag on them but are in Category:Linguistics stubs instead of Category:Domain name stubs. How do we get them to where they belong? --Angr/comhrá 10:41, 20 Apr 2005 (UTC)
Name
[edit]I think it would be better to change the name to {{internet-domain-stub}} or {{domain-name-stub}}. - 68.72.119.51 04:03, 19 Jun 2005 (UTC)
Icon
[edit]The icon for this stub is , but this stub covers a lot more than just .com, I think the current icon is inappropriate for these stubs as they are not related to .com's. I think a more appropriate icon might be File:Internet-globe.gif. Any thoughts on this or ideas on what could be used as a better icon? - Scott Bell 17:58, 28 August 2005 (UTC)
- Personally, I'd just as soon eliminate the icon altogether. Although this is currently a fairly small category, so I don't suppose it contributes all that much to strain on the servers.-Aranel ("Sarah") 19:34, 28 August 2005 (UTC)
- The image is the last thing to load anyway since the stubs show up on the bottom. I would like to keep an icon included (icons make those stubs look cool!) and agree the globe suggested above is better than .com--Will2k 03:36, August 31, 2005 (UTC)
- That icon violates the fair use rules. I have put in this icon . It is in the commons under the GPL, so it is useable. Dread Lord CyberSkull ✎☠ 07:57, 23 November 2005 (UTC)
