I am not sure why you moved 'Scots English' back to 'Scottish English'. Is it because you believe it is more correct or because I had yet to change terms on the page? If it is the former, the references I could find—AskOxford: Scots, Dictionary.com/Scots English, etc.—list Scots as preferrable to Scottish. Cheers, Pædia | talk 18:28, 2004 Apr 30 (UTC)
Most all (I can't think of any exceptions) literature on the Subject uses the term Scottish English. I assume this to be the preferred use and thus correct.
With other things preferences vary between Scots and Scottish. See also Scotch

License tagging for Image:HighlandLineGeo.png

Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

Hi Nogger. I've no problem with your recent edits removing the hyphen from "Ulster-Scots", but just thought I'd point out that it's not a hard and fast rule; for example, both the Ulster-Scots Agency and Ulster-Scots Language Society use the hyphenated spelling, and it seems to be more common amongst Ullans speakers themselves. - Thought it best to use the official UK Gov. terminology. The Nomenclature section of the Scots language article mentions some of the local names people have for their 'language'. Any others could, perhaps, be added there. Nogger (talk) 21:41, 9 August 2011 (UTC)
